Hi,
Like your site, I just wanted to ask you a question, are you following the runs like for like from the blue book or are you listing your own alternative routes cause i noticed on some of your runs the list of streets you have named are different from the list of runs from the book??? like one the 2nd route i have:
Thornhill Square N1 to Queen Square WC1
Lve by Matilda Street
R Copenhagen Street
L Caledonian Road
L Carnegie Street
R Muriel Street
F Rodney Street
F Penton Rise
F Kings Cross Road
R Calthorpe Street
F Guilford Street
L Guilford Place
F Lamb’s Conduit Street
R Gt. Ormond Street
F into Queen Square
Is my list out of date ?? or you just using alternative routes??
cheers, and good luck
Ted
Hi Ted,
I am using the Knowledge Point runs. You must have the Wizann runs, as I looked at them first and they had the run as you called it. It is a good line and that is what the PCO is looking for.
I picked Knowledge Point as I live in North London and they are closer for going to classes.
Thanks for the comments on the site. I am an ex-IT worker so I hope putting some of this on the web will help it sink in.
Good Luck
I am just starting out and agree with Ted, I like the site-we need all the help we can get, but I used to be a printer and I tend to spot inconsistencies
Ted’s runs are not the same as Wizann as Wizann goes right on to Acton STREET (which incidentally london taxi has marked as Acton ROAD)
Dan
Hi Dan,
Well spotted! Goodness knows how I will be when calling in appearances when I can’t even type the runs up correctly.
Good Luck
