Run 12 Barbican to Mile End Station
Leave from the Barbican on Silk Street
Silk Street heading SE
Leave on Silk Road and go across Moorgate around the back of Liverpool St, across Bishopsgate and Brick Lane down Vallance Road then up Whitechapel Road/Mile End Road. Turn at Burdett road and turn around to SDOL.
Leave Maplin Street and then left and SDOL at the Station

The traffic can flow narrowly but one way from Moor Lane – Silk St so use-

Hi Deano,
I was down there last week and took the route you mentioned. It is a never ending job with all the road works and changes at the moment. There is hardly a time I can do my runs without some part being blocked by roadworks. I had the junction of Cheapside and New Change closed this weekend! I assume these streets will re-open at some point. I will add you work around on there too.
